About

My interest in photography began at age 16 when my brother brought home a used Canon A1 from a pawn shop. My persistent attraction to the art of photography led me to the Savannah College of Art and Design where I received a BFA in Photography. I then ventured to Asheville, NC where I was surrounded by a creative community of artists and found a niche preserving timeless images of love-classics. Fast forward many years later, I now live in Washington D.C. which serves as my home base for my continuing adventures.

I find great fulfillment working with couples who understand the importance of documenting the joyous, tender, and unexpected moments that take place as they begin life together. From snapping the shutter, to presenting stylized post-production work, my intent is to capture timeless images that are as beautiful for a 50th anniversary as for the first.
